1. Bookings & payment

Sessions are booked as fixed blocks and paid in full at the time of booking. A booking is only confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.

2. Changes, cancellations & no-shows

You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session start time.
Cancellations and no-shows are not refunded in cash. Instead, the full value of your booking is issued as a PodHub credit valid for 12 months, applied automatically to your next booking using the same mobile number.
Rescheduling to a higher-priced session requires payment of the difference; a lower-priced session is credited for the difference.

3. Use of the studio & equipment

Please treat the studio and all equipment with care. You are responsible for any loss or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the provided instructions.
Only operate the equipment as described in the recording guide. Please do not adjust pre-configured devices (including the PodTrak P8 and ATEM Mini Pro).
The provided in-house recording drive must not be removed from the studio. If you wish to leave with your files on the day, please bring your own SD drive.
Leave the space as you found it: remove rubbish, turn off equipment and lights, and lock up as instructed.

4. Guests & conduct

You are responsible for your guests and for keeping numbers within the studio's capacity. PodHub may end a session without refund where behaviour is unsafe, damages property, or breaches these terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the recordings you create during your session. PodHub claims no rights over your content.

6. Recordings & file sharing

Where you record to the in-house drive, we aim to share your files with you within 24 hours. You are responsible for keeping your own backups; PodHub is not liable for any loss of files.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PodHub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
